For the first part of this week's assignment I created images using both Glass Giant and Text Imagine. I used pictures from two of the many animated TV shows I watched growing up. I used another imagine from Naruto again this week. I used a picture from the show Danny Phantom on the text imagine software. I liked how the pictures came out. I tried many different imagines for glass giant because a lot of the pictures I originally wanted to use did not come out how I would've liked them too. Both of these softwares were easy to use but I did not get much of sense of personal touch because it pretty much does all of the work for you.

For the second part of this assignment I used a software called Word Art. I am pretty familiar with word art I used it a few times in both Jr. high and high school. I never really tapped too far into the website I just used the basic settings. On this project I uploaded a picture from one of my favorite movies ‘American Psycho’. While making the imagine I used some quotes that stuck out to me during the movie for the words to fill the imagine. I was very surprised with the turnout. I did not think my idea of using a screenshot as the shape would work out but I think it came out pretty cool.

For the third part of the assignment I used a software called Texerizer. Texturizer has 3 different programs within the website. Texturizer, Texturizer 2, and Excoffizer are the names of the three separate programs. For Textorizer 1 I used an imagine from the movie Equilibrium another Christian Bale movie. I was not pleased at all with how it came out in all honesty. For some reason I couldn't get the words to completely cover the imagine. I had the strings all the way up as high as they could go. For the picture on Texterizer 2 I used an image of rapper Asap Ferg that I found on tumblr. For the words to fill the imagine I used lyrics from one of my favorite songs by him called Shabba Ranks. The third program called Excoffizer I used another imagine that I found on tumblr that stuck out to me for being so interesting. I was very satisfied with how the images of Texterizer 2 and Excoffizer came out.

Travis Scott In Houston

This is an edit of Travis Scott’s recent concert in Houston Texas. This a design I would use on eithe r clothing or a wall hanging. This another one of the many overlay effect photos that I have created for an art collection that I am working on for profit. I used VSCO, PicsArt, and a free version of photoshop to help bring this edit to life. This is one of newer pieces that I have been working on. I am not sure yet if it’s finished… I can literally spend all day pinching at my work. This is where I am at with it so far.

Boohooman By Quavo Fashion Review  https://www.boohooman.com/us/mens/collections/boohooman-by-quavo Quavo is the standout act in the musical group Migos. Migos is a rap group based out of North Atlanta that gained a huge following over the last decade. The group is made up of three cousins Quavo, Takeoff , and Offset. They made “trap” music a popular genre among rap artists. Quavo’s fashion collection titled Boohooman by Quavo hit online stores early in April. This collection features vibrant colors and eye popping color schemes. This an outgoing collection that matches the persona of Quavo. The collection is unique in how the schemes attack the eyes. It is a head turning collection that features tops, bottoms, shoes, and two piece jumpsuits. Quavo does a great job of offering luxury with an affordable price. Most of the clothing in the collection ranges from $20-$80 which is more than fair considering the quality. This is Quavo’s first official fashion collect

Jorja Smith: Dirty Laundry

This is a design that I came up with for a clothing brand named Dirty Laundry . Dirty Laundry is a collective based of of New York City. They are a relatively new brand/collective. For this design I used a picture of one my favorite new R&B artist named Jorja Smith. I used an online application called Afterlight. Along with the picture or Jorja I used two separate pictures of the inside of a laundromat. I used an effect called overlay to place the pictures on top of each other to make them blend in. Making this graphic come to life was not as easy as it looked. I had to use many different adjustments to make the photos blend well together. The effect makes one of the pictures a bit transparent so that the picture in the back can bleed through just enough for you to see the multiple layers constructively.
